Production and shipping

RKFocus prints are made to order. The price shown before checkout includes the selected print and Budget shipping to one United States address. Any applicable customer sales tax is calculated separately by Stripe at checkout.

Production and transit times vary by material, size, destination, and print facility. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. If an order cannot ship within 30 days after payment, RKFocus will contact you with the available revised timing and cancellation/refund option.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact RKFocus immediately if an address needs correction; a change cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Changes, cancellations, and change-of-mind returns

Each print is produced specifically from the photograph, size, material, finish, frame, and crop selected at checkout. Contact RKFocus immediately to request a change or cancellation. A full cancellation can normally be made only before the production partner begins production.

Because these products are custom made, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted after production begins. This does not limit the damage, defect, incorrect-item, nondelivery, or other rights described below or any rights that cannot legally be limited.

Damage, defects, incorrect items, and nondelivery

If a print arrives damaged, defective, or different from the ordered configuration, email RKFocus within 14 days of delivery. Include the order reference, a description, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. RKFocus will review the issue and, when confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product or standard-shipping cost.

If tracking shows no delivery or an order is outside its expected delivery window, contact RKFocus. Incorrect customer-provided addresses may prevent a free replacement, but RKFocus will still help investigate available carrier and production-partner options.

Privacy

RKFocus collects the information needed to operate the cart and fulfill an order: selected products, name, email, phone number, delivery address, payment and tax status, order events, shipment details, and basic security/server logs. A random cart cookie keeps selections associated with the browser. RKFocus does not use advertising trackers on the print storefront.

Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not stored by RKFocus. Order and image-fulfillment data is shared with Stripe for payment and tax processing, Prodigi and its production/shipping partners for fulfillment, email infrastructure for transactional messages, and hosting/database providers needed to operate the site.

Transaction and fulfillment records are retained as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, support, disputes, and legal obligations. Security logs and abandoned carts may be removed sooner. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information where applicable, email rkremeier@rkfocus.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.

Purchase terms

Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars. The final Checkout page controls the charged subtotal, tax, and total. An order is accepted after Stripe confirms payment; RKFocus may cancel and promptly refund an order that cannot be produced safely, is affected by a pricing or availability error, or cannot be fulfilled.

The configurator is intended to show crop, border, scale, finish, and frame choices accurately, but screen color, brightness, texture, and room-preview lighting cannot perfectly reproduce a physical print. Minor normal production variation is not a defect.

RKFocus retains all copyright and other rights in its photographs. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical copy only; it does not grant reproduction, resale-copy, commercial-use, or digital-distribution rights.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where permitted, Missouri law. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
